Rates

Set up rental rates for all of your Unit Types:

1. Select the Unit Type.
2. Select the Rate Group.
3. Next select the Time Period.
4. If you have different rates for weekdays & weekends you will need to set up different rates for each by choosing one from the Day Type drop down list.
5. If you have different rates for occupant types you will need to set up different rates for each by choosing one from the Occupant Type dropdown list.
6. Enter your rates in the white area, then click the "Fill Rates" button to save your changes.
7. Repeat this for all Unit Types.
